Any scheduled sessions cancelled within 12 hours will require FULL PAYMENT of the session. Any contact after 8pm on any night will count as notice as of the following morning at 5am and the 12hours will begin from then.  Emergency cancellations are at the discretion of the Personal Trainer eg. Hospital admissions. You will not be asked to pay for said session. 



Check-ins are due on Saturday mornings before 12pm. They are the responsibility of the client and failure to check in will result in waiting until next scheduled check-in.  If you forget to check-in, you are required to pay usual cost for that week / month.
