When I started with Chelsea, I was an overweight and out-of-shape powerlifter with aspirations of getting in shape and building a body worthy of getting on stage with. Chelsea went above and beyond with me, giving me honest guidance about my physique and brutal training sessions and checking in with me to ensure I was doing okay with it all mentally! Couldn't recommend her to anyone high enough! She has the passion and the knowledge to get you where you want to be, but she also looks after you as a person first and a client after that. To help with my weight loss, Chelsea prepared a meal plan for me that is easy to follow. She pushes me to achieve what she knows I can do rather than what I think I can do, and our weekly PT sessions have given me the knowledge and confidence to work out in the gym on my own.
